Adriana hablarár sobre como puede uno ayudar los humedales, Involúcrate como voluntario de los organizaciones y grupos que trabajan para ayudar a los humedales, como Audubon Panamá y Marviva, Aplica en tu casa las tres 'R', o sea, reduce, reusa y recicla. Recuerda hacer una disposición adecuada de los desechos sólidos y líquidos, no tirando basura en las calles o ríos ni tirando aceites de autos en las calles, alcantarillas y ríos o aceites comestibles en los fregaderos. En tu escuela o en tu comunidad, si no hay un programa de reciclaje, anímate y exhorta a otros a iniciar uno.
